Sylvie Moonjay trained to be a Doctor in France before buying a 90 acre organic farm in 1973.
For the last 25 years Sylvie has practiced as a Councillor, Healer, Therapist and Teacher in the USA.
Now based in Hawaii, Sylvie makes occasional trips to the mainland for individual consultations and trainings.

David Forsyth studied Architecture and Engineering before developing an interest in things healthy.
In the 70s, he was one of the founding members of a successful organic co-operative that produced commercial fruits as well as providing environmently friendly housing.
Now based in Hawaii, he has trained as an Organic Inspector, as well as help develop an expanding international on-line business.
