Extra levels of pH means greater choice for all users. It allows you to take advantage of higher alkaline pH levels when cooking, to make greens greener, rice fluffier, coffee and tea more flavorful.

Large 5-plate polymer ion plated platinum coated titanium ionizing plates. At the heart of your Melody system is the finest system of polymer bonded platinum coated Titanium plates. This innovation radically enhances the life span of the plates. Also the integrated computer circuitry gives you CHOICE. Some units on the market do not use computer controllers. Computer circuitry also allows hot water and low-pressure protection to be an automatic function.
Voice confirmation means you are alerted to any change of pH. The voice can be reduced in volume or turned off once you have learned how to use the ionizer properly. It's like having a 'learner-driver' instructor on board.

A stainless steel top spout may seem like a small thing until you actually use and ionize without one. Some ionizers output their ionized water via a plastic hose to and from the spout.
